Dollar Tree: What's the vibe lately? Any rumblings?

Hey everyone, just wanted to start a thread to see what the general sentiment is at Dollar Tree right now. Haven't heard any official layoff news or anything concrete, but the company has been going through some changes, especially with the price point adjustments and the new 'Dollar Tree Plus' concept. Feels like things are shifting. Has anyone noticed anything unusual in their store or district? Are hours being cut? Any weird management decisions or reorganizations happening that seem like precursors to something bigger? I'm just trying to get a pulse on things from folks actually on the ground. Curious to hear any observations, even if it's just a gut feeling. Stay safe out there.

Definitely feeling some shifts too. The move to $1.25 for most items definitely changed the perception of the store. I've noticed some products are still a dollar, but they're often smaller sizes or brands I don't recognize. It feels less like a consistent "everything's a dollar" place and more like a discount store with some dollar items. Some of the Dollar Tree Plus sections are interesting, but I wonder how sustainable that pricing model is long-term.

Yeah, it's been a bit odd. My store hasn't had any major cutbacks on hours that I've seen, but inventory has been a bit unpredictable lately. Some days we're fully stocked, others it looks like a ghost town. Management seems a bit stressed, but that's not exactly new. The price changes are the most obvious thing, but I'm also curious if they're consolidating districts or something behind the scenes. Keeping an eye on things.
