Budgeting feels tighter, and there's been a lot more emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' in internal comms. Normally, that's just corporate speak, but it feels more pointed these days. Yeah, I'm picking up on that vibe too. The increased focus on 'streamlining' operations and budget constraints is definitely noticeable. It feels like management is trying to wring more out of existing resources. While change is inevitable in any large company, the current emphasis seems a bit more intense than usual. Hopefully, it leads to positive improvements rather than just belt-tightening.
