Dominion Energy - Anyone else seeing efficiency drives?

Hey everyone, I've been with Dominion for a few years now and lately, things have felt... different. We're getting a lot of internal comms about 'optimizing processes' and 'streamlining operations.' It's all very corporate speak, but the underlying message seems to be about doing more with less. Been hearing whispers in the breakroom and on Teams about potential headcount adjustments down the line. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but the vibe is definitely there. Has anyone else in other departments noticed similar initiatives or heard anything more specific? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide push or just my division feeling the heat. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to read between the lines.

Yeah, I've noticed it too. Lots of talk about 'synergies' and 'driving value.' Feels like they're really pushing to cut costs across the board. It's a bit unsettling, honestly. You can't help but wonder where it's all leading, especially with the hints about possible staffing changes. Just trying to stay focused on my work and hope for the best, but the uncertainty is palpable.

Definitely feeling the pressure. The 'efficiency drives' seem to be intensifying, and the jargon is getting thicker. It's hard to ignore the underlying message that we need to be more productive without necessarily having more resources. Hoping it doesn't translate into a worse work-life balance or significant layoffs, but it's definitely a concern for many of us.
