Just wanted to vent a bit. The energy across Dominion feels a little low lately. We've had a few rounds of 'reorganizations' over the past year, and while they've officially said 'no layoffs,' the impact feels similar. Budgets for projects seem tighter, travel is being scrutinized heavily, and there's a general sense of 'belt-tightening.' People are worried, and it's impacting morale. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like your role might be on the chopping block, even if it's not an outright layoff. Anyone else feeling this strain? Is it just the current economic climate affecting the utility sector, or is Dominion specifically making some tough decisions behind the scenes? Curious to hear if others are experiencing the same.

I'm feeling this too. The constant 'reorgs' are exhausting and definitely don't feel like they're leading to anything positive. It's hard to focus on long-term goals when the immediate future feels so uncertain. The budget cuts are noticeable in so many areas, it's hard to ignore. Hopefully, leadership addresses these concerns soon.

Hang in there. It's definitely a tough time for many across the company. The lack of clear communication about what these changes actually mean for individuals is the worst part. I'm trying to stay focused on doing my best work, but it's challenging with the current atmosphere. Sharing these feelings is important, though.
