Hey all, been seeing some odd things happening across different departments at Dominion lately. Not sure if it's just a normal Q4 push or something more. Heard whispers about 'strategic realignments' and 'optimizing our workforce structure.' Doesn't sound great. Anyone else picking up on this? My team's been told to document everything we do, which feels like a precursor to something. Management's been really cagey about specifics, just a lot of buzzwords. Yeah, the 'optimizing workforce structure' talk has definitely made its way around my department too. It's never a good sign when management starts using corporate jargon like that without giving clear explanations. My division is experiencing some 'internal process reviews,' which sounds suspiciously like job cuts to me. Management's tight-lipped, so we're all just trying to stay visible and valuable. Hoping for the best but bracing for potential changes.
