Hey everyone. Been with Dominion for a few years now in [Department/Role Area]. Lately, there's been a lot of chatter about potential restructuring, especially with the push towards renewables and grid modernization. While I haven't heard any official layoff announcements, I've noticed a definite slowdown in new project approvals and a quiet freeze on backfills for people who have left. Has anyone else picked up on this? Seems like management is being tight-lipped, which is adding to the uncertainty. Trying to gauge if this is just internal belt-tightening or something more significant. Any insights from others in different departments or levels would be really appreciated. Just want to get a feel for the temperature outside of my immediate team.

I've definitely felt a shift too, working in [Related Department]. It's that unsettling feeling when things go quiet and you're left wondering what's around the corner. Yeah, the backfill freeze is real. We lost someone in my team a couple of months ago and haven't heard a peep about replacing them. Coupled with the slower pace on some initiatives, it does raise questions. Hopefully, it's just a temporary realignment as they pivot resources, but the silence from leadership isn't helping ease any minds.
