Anyone else at Domino's feeling the pinch lately?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm the only one feeling a bit uneasy at Domino's lately. Not hearing any official word on layoffs, but the vibe in my store has definitely shifted. We've been seeing some serious cuts to our supply orders, and it feels like they're really pushing us to be more efficient with less. Management keeps talking about 'streamlining operations' and 'optimizing resources,' which sounds like corporate speak for 'less staff needed.' Had a few of the newer folks scheduled for very short shifts this week, which is unusual for them. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if my specific franchise is tightening the belt aggressively. Anyone else experiencing similar trends? Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially in different regions.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. The order sizes have definitely shrunk, and we're having to stretch ingredients way more than we used to. It's making it tough to keep up with the rush orders, and honestly, it's a bit stressful trying to make sure everything still looks good and tastes great when you're working with less. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes.

Definitely feeling the pressure. It's like they're expecting us to do more with less, and the 'streamlining' talk is making everyone nervous. Our store is already running pretty lean, so cutting back on supplies feels like a recipe for disaster, especially when we get slammed. Hope it's not as bad as it feels, but the atmosphere has changed, for sure.
