Yeah, I've noticed that too. The order sizes have definitely shrunk, and we're having to stretch ingredients way more than we used to. It's making it tough to keep up with the rush orders, and honestly, it's a bit stressful trying to make sure everything still looks good and tastes great when you're working with less. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes.
Definitely feeling the pressure. It's like they're expecting us to do more with less, and the 'streamlining' talk is making everyone nervous. Our store is already running pretty lean, so cutting back on supplies feels like a recipe for disaster, especially when we get slammed. Hope it's not as bad as it feels, but the atmosphere has changed, for sure.
