Domino's - Thoughts on recent operational changes?

Been with Domino's for a while now and noticed some shifts in how things are run recently. Seems like there's more pressure to upsell, and the new tech rollout for order tracking is causing some headaches with training new staff. There's also been a lot of talk about 'streamlining operations' and 'efficiency improvements' in internal comms. While I'm all for efficiency, it's starting to feel like they're trying to do more with less. Has anyone else experienced these kinds of changes? I haven't heard anything concrete about layoffs, but the vibe in some of the management meetings I've overheard seems a bit tense. Just trying to figure out if this is a company-wide push or if it's localized. Any insights from other franchisees or corporate employees would be appreciated. Trying to stay ahead of any potential fallout.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the upsell push. It feels like every other sentence from the staff is trying to get me to add extra toppings or a side I don't want. The new tracker is cool when it works, but I've had a few orders where it got stuck or showed the wrong status. Makes it hard to manage expectations, especially during peak hours. Hopefully, they smooth out the tech kinks soon.

The 'efficiency' talk is loud, for sure. It seems like they're trying to cram more into fewer hours, which inevitably puts more stress on the team. While some operational tweaks might be good, I'm starting to wonder if it's at the expense of quality or just making the job harder for the people on the ground. Haven't seen major downsides yet, but I'm keeping an eye on it.
