Domino's Corp - Anyone else noticing hiring freezes or slowdowns?

Hey everyone, been browsing around a bit and seeing a lot of posts about other companies slowing down hiring or even doing layoffs. Was wondering if anyone at Domino's corporate or in regional management has heard anything concrete about potential hiring freezes or a general slowdown in bringing on new people? My department has had a few open reqs for a while now that suddenly went quiet, and it feels a little off. It's not a full-blown layoff situation that I'm aware of, just a sense that things might be tightening up. Curious if this is a company-wide thing or just specific divisions. Anyone have any intel they can share without breaking NDAs, of course? Just trying to get a read on the general climate.

I haven't heard anything official about a hiring freeze, but I've definitely noticed some roles I was expecting to be filled quickly have lingered for a while. It's making me a bit antsy, especially with all the talk in the broader market. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment and not a sign of bigger issues down the road.

Interesting you bring this up. My team lead mentioned something similar – a pause on backfilling a couple of positions that opened up recently. It's not being framed as a freeze, more like 're-evaluating needs' or something vague. It does make you wonder what's going on behind the scenes, though. Definitely keeping an eye on things.
