Yeah, I've noticed this at a few Domino's locations. It feels like they're definitely pushing for maximum efficiency, which often translates to understaffing during busy periods. It must be tough for you guys on the ground trying to keep up when you're stretched so thin. Customers can tell when the service isn't as smooth as it could be, and it's usually because the staff is overwhelmed. Hope things ease up for you soon.
That sounds really rough. It's a shame that efficiency gains seem to come at the expense of employee workload and customer experience. I appreciate the hard work drivers and store staff put in, especially when it's clearly a challenging environment. Maybe if enough people voice these concerns, management will reconsider the staffing levels. It can't be sustainable to constantly run on fumes.
