Hi all, has anyone in management or a shift leader role at Domino's heard anything concrete about potential staffing changes or restructuring? There's been a lot of quiet talk around my store and a few others I've heard from friends. It feels like a slowdown in orders, maybe? But I'm wondering if it's more than just seasonal fluctuations. Are corporate expectations changing, or are there larger efficiency drives happening that might impact headcount down the line? Just looking for some honest feedback from those closer to the decision-making process, if possible. Trying to prepare myself and my team if there's anything significant on the horizon.
