Domino's Stores - Is anyone else seeing reduced hours/staffing?

Just checking in with my fellow Domino's store team members. Lately, it feels like my store manager is really watching labor hours like a hawk. I've seen fewer people scheduled, and some shifts are getting cut shorter than usual. It's making it tough to hit my preferred hours, and honestly, it feels like they're trying to do more with less. Is this happening at other locations? Wondering if it's a company-wide push to cut costs or if it's just a local thing with my management. Getting a bit worried about job security if this trend continues. Anyone else in the trenches seeing this? Curious what your experience is like.

Yeah, I've noticed something similar at my store. It's been a lot harder to pick up extra shifts lately, and the schedule feels tighter overall. Management seems really focused on keeping labor costs down. It's definitely making things more stressful during busy periods, and I worry about keeping up with orders when we're short-staffed. Hoping it's not a permanent change.

Totally feel you. My store's been the same way. They've been cutting down on opener and closer hours, and it's made it tough for people to get their full shifts in. It seems like they're trying to squeeze every last bit of productivity out of the skeleton crew we have. Definitely makes you wonder if this is a nationwide directive or just our district trying to save a buck.
