Anyone else seeing a pattern in the layoffs?

With the recent WARN notice for PA and the history of layoffs over the past couple of years, it's hard not to feel uneasy. Seems like every few months there's another round, even if it's smaller. It makes you wonder about the long-term stability and strategy. Are they constantly optimizing, or is there something more fundamental going on? I've been here a while and the vibe definitely feels different. The constant restructuring and smaller cuts make it hard to plan. Anyone else feeling this way or have insights into what's driving these ongoing workforce adjustments?

Yeah, the PA WARN notice definitely hit hard and brought back a lot of those 'here we go again' feelings. It's tough to see such frequent shifts, even when they're framed as smaller adjustments. Makes it hard to feel secure and focus on the work when you're constantly wondering what the next 'optimization' will bring. The lack of clear communication about the overall direction doesn't help either. It feels like a constant state of flux.

I hear you. The pattern is undeniable, and it's creating a lot of anxiety. It feels less like strategic growth and more like a perpetual cycle of cuts and restructuring. I'm also noticing a shift in morale; people are more hesitant to invest their energy when there's uncertainty about job security. It’s understandable given the repeated notifications. Makes you question the company’s long-term vision and if this is truly sustainable.
