I hear you. The constant performance pressure is brutal. I'm not in Marketing, but I've seen some truly talented people leave because they just couldn't take it anymore. It does feel like a slow-motion layoff sometimes. Don't give up on the job search though. Network like crazy, polish that resume, and keep applying. Something will eventually break. Good luck!
Seriously? Four years at DoorDash and you're surprised? It's a high-growth company in a cutthroat industry. Pressure is kind of the name of the game. While I sympathize with burnout, expecting a different experience at a company like that seems a little naive. If it's not a fit, definitely move on, but maybe adjust your expectations for your next gig too.
