DoorDash leadership changes and its impact on the ground?

Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a shift in how things are being run at DoorDash lately? I'm not talking about the big public stuff, but more the day-to-day operations and team dynamics. There have been some whispers about leadership changes internally, and it feels like there's a bit of uncertainty about the future. Are we heading towards more efficiency drives or something else? I'm just trying to get a pulse on what the general sentiment is out there. Any insights or observations from your teams would be really helpful. Trying to stay ahead of any potential shifts, you know? Especially with the economic climate and all the other companies making moves. Just feeling a bit of unease and hoping to understand if it's just me or a broader feeling.

Yeah, I've definitely felt a shift. Things seem a bit more top-down lately, with less room for flexibility on certain things. It's like they're trying to standardize everything, which I guess could lead to efficiency, but it also feels like it's taking away some of the autonomy we used to have. Just trying to keep my head down and do the work, but it's hard not to notice the change in vibe.
