Okay, so I'm probably just being paranoid, but I've been hearing some chatter about "restructuring" and "efficiency initiatives" lately. I work in the Partnerships org, been here almost 3 years. My manager's been acting kinda weird too – super vague in our 1:1s, won't commit to project timelines, the usual stuff. Anyone else picking up on similar vibes? Or am I just doomscrolling too much and need to chill?

Yeah, I'm in a different org (Engineering), but the same thing is happening here. Deadlines are getting pushed, projects are being quietly shelved, and leadership is suddenly obsessed with "synergy." It definitely feels like they're preparing for something. Start updating your resume and LinkedIn profile, just in case. Better to be prepared than caught off guard, regardless if the whispers are true.

Honestly, these kinds of rumors crop up every few months. Remember last spring when everyone was convinced a huge layoff was imminent? Nothing happened. Could be something, could be nothing. Just focus on doing your job well and don't let the anxiety get to you. Easier said than done, I know, but worrying about it won't change anything.
