Is it just me or are the "optimized" routes getting worse?

Seriously, I've been doing this for a while and the routes they're suggesting are straight up nonsensical sometimes. Like, sending me across town to pick up something, then across town again to drop it off, when there are closer restaurants or the next delivery is on the way. It feels like they're not even considering actual traffic or road closures. It's like the routing algorithm is stuck in 2019 or something. I end up having to manually re-route half the time, which eats into my time and makes the deliveries take longer. Anyone else having this issue? Or is it just my area?

Totally feel you on this. I've been noticing the same thing lately. It's like the app is actively trying to send me on the longest possible path, sometimes doubling back or adding unnecessary miles. I've had orders where it wants me to go way out of the way for a pickup, only for the drop-off to be right back near where I started. It's frustrating because it wastes so much time and gas, and honestly makes me question if it's worth it sometimes when I have to fight the app's suggestions constantly.
