Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter and a general sense of unease around Dover lately. I've also picked up on a similar quietness across my department. It's definitely unusual, especially with the usual end-of-year push that normally happens. While I haven't heard anything definitive, the lack of new project assignments and the general subdued atmosphere are making me a bit nervous. It’s hard to ignore when the usual buzz just isn't there. Hoping it’s just a temporary lull, but the feeling of something potentially shifting is hard to shake.
