Dover - Anyone else's workload increasing dramatically?

Is it just me, or has the amount of work piled onto everyone at Dover gone through the roof recently? I'm in [mention a vague department like Engineering/Operations/Sales] and it feels like we're constantly being asked to do more with less. New initiatives are popping up, existing projects are demanding more attention, and frankly, the headcount hasn't kept pace. I've seen some people leave, but not enough to explain the current level of crunch time. It's starting to feel unsustainable and I'm worried about burnout across the board. Has anyone else experienced this surge in workload? Are there whispers about hiring freezes or anything that might explain why we're being squeezed so hard?

I can absolutely relate. Feels like we're always being stretched thinner in Operations. New clients keep coming in, but the resources to manage them aren't growing proportionally. It's a constant juggling act, and the pressure to deliver on time, every time, is immense. Been here a while and this feels like a new level of intensity.

Yeah, it's not just you. Engineering has been swamped too. We're seeing more complex requirements and tighter deadlines, all while trying to innovate. Seems like the company's ambitions are outpacing our capacity. I've noticed a definite uptick in overtime, and the team's morale is starting to show the strain.
