Dover - Seeing some 'quiet quitting' vibes?

Just curious if anyone else is picking up on this. Lately, it feels like a lot of people are just doing the bare minimum. Not necessarily slacking off, but definitely not going the extra mile anymore. Meetings seem less engaged, people are signing off right at 5 PM, and there's a general lack of enthusiasm for new initiatives. It's a stark contrast to how things were even a year ago. Could be post-pandemic fatigue, or maybe there's something else going on under the surface that's causing this shift in attitude. I'm trying to stay positive and motivated myself, but it's hard when the general mood feels so… flat. Anyone else seeing this trend and have any thoughts on why it might be happening?

Yeah, I've noticed something similar. It's like people are just ticking boxes and counting down the clock. There's less of that 'we're all in this together' spirit. Honestly, I'm starting to feel it too. The drive just isn't there like it used to be. Maybe it's burnout, or maybe expectations shifted and we haven't caught up. It's definitely a change in the atmosphere around here.
