Dover: Anyone else feeling the pressure cooker lately?

Hey everyone, has anyone else at Dover been feeling a significant uptick in workload and pressure over the past few months? It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and it's starting to take a toll. I've noticed a lot of people seem more stressed, and some of the usual camaraderie feels a bit strained. Are we just in a tough quarter, or is this the new normal? Curious to hear if others are experiencing something similar, or if it's just my department/location feeling the heat. Wondering if this is a lead-up to something bigger or just the usual industrial cycle hitting hard. Any insights or shared experiences would be helpful.

Yeah, it's definitely been intense here. Seems like projects are piling up faster than they can be completed, and the deadlines are becoming almost impossible to meet without working ridiculous hours. I've seen a lot of folks looking pretty burnt out, and honestly, the team spirit has taken a hit. Hoping it's just a temporary crunch period, but it's starting to feel like a constant state of emergency.

I can relate to that feeling. The pressure has been building for a while now, and it's not just about the workload, but also the constant changes and evolving priorities. It's hard to keep up when things keep shifting, and it's understandable that stress levels are rising. I've been trying to find ways to manage it, but it's a challenge when the pace is relentless. Wondering if management is aware of how unsustainable this feels for many.
