Dover Industrials - Morale seems to be dipping, anyone else notice?

Is it just me, or has the overall mood at Dover taken a nosedive recently? People seem more stressed, less communicative, and generally a bit more withdrawn. There's this underlying tension that wasn't as prevalent say, six months ago. Could be a number of things, but the lack of clear communication from leadership isn't helping. We're all working hard, but it feels like we're doing it in a bit of a vacuum. Anyone else picking up on this or have thoughts on why? Wondering if it's a company-wide thing or specific to certain areas. It's tough to stay motivated when the atmosphere feels heavy.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that too. It's like the air's gotten heavier, and people are more hesitant to share ideas or even just chat by the coffee machine. The silence from upstairs is deafening, and it's hard to stay motivated when you don't know what's coming next or if your efforts are even being recognized. It's creating a real sense of uncertainty, and I'm worried about where this is headed if things don't change soon.

I agree, there's a definite shift in atmosphere. It feels like there's more pressure on individuals to perform without a lot of support or clear direction. People seem to be keeping their heads down, probably trying to avoid any extra scrutiny. The lack of transparency is making it tough to feel connected to the bigger picture, and that's bound to impact morale. Hopefully, management addresses this soon before it gets any worse.
