Dover Industrials - Recent Acquisitions & Integration Concerns

Hey everyone, been at Dover for a few years now and things have been... interesting. With the recent string of acquisitions across different segments (like claiming stuff in energy, then climate, etc.), I'm starting to wonder about the long-term strategy. Has anyone else noticed a slowdown in new project pipelines or a shift in resource allocation? My team's been stretched pretty thin lately, and it feels like we're more focused on integrating previous buys than on driving new initiatives. Is anyone else seeing this, or is it just my specific division? Curious to hear if others are feeling the pinch or if there's a clearer picture of where things are headed. Trying to get a sense of the overall health and direction without raising too many eyebrows.

I've been feeling a similar way. It seems like the focus has definitely shifted to absorbing the recent acquisitions, which, while potentially good for diversification, does create a bit of internal strain. We're seeing it too with project bandwidth. It's a delicate balance between growth and ensuring the existing operations and new ventures are properly supported. Hopefully, there's a clear plan to streamline integration without sacrificing innovation momentum.
