Dover Industries - Any whispers about Q4 hiring freezes or cuts?

Hey all, been with Dover for a few years now, mostly in the manufacturing ops side. Lately, feels like the vibe has shifted a bit. Projects seem to be getting re-evaluated more intensely, and there's been a noticeable slowdown in new role postings, at least for my division. Not hearing anything concrete about layoffs, but the chatter on internal platforms is starting to lean that way. Anyone else in other departments picking up on similar trends? Especially curious if anyone in sales or finance has noticed a change in outlook or resource allocation. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just specific to certain business units.
