Dow - Anyone else feeling the pressure? Overworked and understaffed.

Hey everyone, been at Dow for a few years now in [Department Name/General Area]. Lately, it feels like the workload has ramped up significantly, but the headcount hasn't followed. My team is stretched thin, and I'm hearing similar things from colleagues in other departments. Are we just expected to do more with less? It's starting to take a toll, and I'm curious if this is a company-wide trend or if it's just our area. Trying to get a sense of the general morale and if others are feeling this strain. Anyone else in a similar boat? How are you coping?

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. It seems like every project gets bigger and more complex, but the resources just aren't keeping pace. It's tough to maintain quality when you're constantly juggling and feeling like you're just putting out fires. Makes you wonder about the long-term sustainability of this pace.

It's not just you. Heard similar complaints from folks in [Another Department]. The expectation to constantly achieve more with fewer people is becoming the norm, unfortunately. It's demoralizing when you see the workload increasing but no real effort to address the staffing gaps. Hopefully, leadership recognizes the strain this is putting on employees soon.
