Dow Chemical - Any official word on recent rumors?

Seeing a lot of noise online lately, some pretty wild claims about job cuts at Dow. Nothing official from HR or management that I've seen or heard through internal channels, though. Anyone else picking up on anything concrete? The 'AI overhaul' stuff is making the rounds, but that sounds like a lot of buzzwords. More worried about actual headcount reductions. Feels like a lot of companies are doing it right now, so it's hard not to feel a bit anxious, especially without clear communication from leadership. If there's a plan, they need to share it. This silence is deafening and frankly, not helping morale at all. Just looking for some clarity, if anyone has heard anything more reliable than internet chatter. Feels like we're all just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Yeah, the online chatter is pretty loud right now, but I'm with you – haven't seen anything solid from management or HR to back up the talk of significant job cuts.
