Dow Chemical - Feeling uncertain about future roles

Been with Dow for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels a bit… tense. It's not overt, but there's a general sense of uncertainty. Project scopes seem to be shifting, and there's a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations'. Doesn't necessarily mean layoffs, but it's making me nervous about job security. We haven't had any official announcements, and my direct manager is tight-lipped, just saying 'business as usual'.
