I hear you. It’s definitely a trend I’ve noticed across a few departments. The expectation for output seems to be climbing, but the resources aren't following. It’s frustrating when you’re already stretched thin. I've been questioning if it's just a temporary squeeze or a more permanent shift in how they expect us to operate. The overtime is adding up, and it's hard to keep morale high under those conditions.
Yeah, that 'do more with less' mentality is really taking hold. It feels like they’re pushing for maximum efficiency, which is fine in theory, but when it means consistently working through lunch and staying late, it becomes unsustainable.
