Seriously, what's the vibe at Dow right now? I've been hearing whispers and seeing some pretty alarming headlines elsewhere about big job cuts. It's making me nervous, especially since we haven't had any direct communication about anything significant. Is anyone else in a similar boat, feeling this uncertainty? It's definitely a weird time. The lack of clear communication is the worst part, makes it hard to know what's real and what's just noise. Everyone's trying to read between the lines, and frankly, it's exhausting. Hoping for some clarity soon, because this uncertainty is not good for morale.
