Anyone else seeing projects get shelved unexpectedly?

Hey everyone, throwing this out there to see if it's just me or if others are noticing a trend. Lately, it feels like a lot of energy is being put into projects, only for them to get quietly shelved or put on indefinite hold with little to no explanation. We're talking about things that seemed like strategic priorities just a quarter ago. It's creating a lot of confusion and frankly, some frustration among the teams. It's hard to stay motivated when you pour your heart into something and then it just... disappears. Is this a sign of belt-tightening, or is there some larger strategic shift happening that we're not privy to? Curious to hear if anyone else is in a similar boat or has any insights. Trying to understand the landscape here.

Yeah, I've seen that happen too. It feels like project roadmaps are getting reshuffled more than usual lately, and sometimes the communication around those changes is pretty sparse. It can be tough to keep momentum going when priorities seem to shift without much warning or clear reasoning. Makes you wonder what the long-term strategy really is sometimes.

Totally. It's not just you. We've had a couple of initiatives that were supposedly high-priority suddenly vanish from the radar with zero follow-up. It definitely throws a wrench in planning and can be a real morale killer for the teams involved. Hoping for a bit more clarity on what's driving these decisions going forward.
