I feel your pain. I was there a few years back. The uncertainty is the worst. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't know if you'll *be* there next quarter. My advice is to start quietly updating your resume and networking. Not because you *want* to leave, but because having options will make you feel less trapped and more in control. It's a safety net that can help you sleep better at night.
Two years in sales and already burned out? Dropbox isn't unique. Tech sales is a high-pressure gig. Re-orgs and layoffs are part of the industry. Maybe assess if sales itself is the right fit for you, regardless of the company. If you enjoy the actual work, then focus on building a strong network and document your wins meticulously. That makes you more valuable, and it also provides ammo when you are negotiating your next role -- wherever that is.
