Honestly, 2 weeks per year is pretty standard. I wouldn't expect much more than that, especially with the current economic climate. Start updating your resume now, just in case. The job market is tough, so being prepared will help you land on your feet faster. Good luck!
Dropbox has generally been pretty generous in the past, based on what I've heard from friends who left (not necessarily through layoffs, but still). I'd *hope* for at least a month of salary, plus some extended benefits coverage. Don't count your chickens before they hatch, though. Better to be pleasantly surprised than bitterly disappointed. See if you can quietly network with folks who were impacted by previous restructuring.
