Anyone else feeling the pinch at Duke? Project slowdowns?

Hey all, been at Duke for a few years now and things feel...different lately. A lot of the projects I'm involved in seem to be hitting unexpected delays, and there's been a lot of talk about budget freezes or at least significant scrutiny on new spending. My team hasn't had any direct cuts, but the general atmosphere feels a bit tense. Management is being cagey when asked about future roadmaps. Just wondering if this is a widespread thing or if it's just my department/region. Has anyone else seen or heard anything similar? Trying to get a sense of the broader picture here before I start worrying too much. Feels like we're in a holding pattern, which isn't ideal for morale or career progression. Any insights would be appreciated.
