Duke Energy: Anyone else noticing more 'reorganizations'?

Been with Duke a few years now, and lately, it feels like every other month there's some kind of 'reorganization' or 'strategic realignment.' They keep talking about efficiency and streamlining, but it feels like a lot of shuffling around and overlapping roles. Makes you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes. I've seen a few people in my department get moved to different teams, and not always for clear reasons. The rumor mill is always churning, but without any official word, it's hard to know what to believe. Just trying to stay focused on my work, but this constant uncertainty is starting to get to me. Anyone else experiencing this? Trying to get a read on the general sentiment out there. Is this just normal in the utility sector, or is something specific brewing at Duke?

I've definitely noticed that too. It feels like a constant state of flux. Every time you start to get a handle on who's doing what, things shift again. It's unsettling, and frankly, makes it hard to plan long-term projects when the team structure keeps changing. Makes you wonder if it's truly about improving things or just a way to shake things up periodically.

Yeah, it's been pretty wild. My team's been restructured twice in the last six months. They keep saying it's for 'synergy' and 'improved customer focus,' but honestly, it just feels like people are being moved around to fill perceived gaps. It's creating a lot of confusion and making it harder to collaborate effectively when you don't know who's going to be on your team next quarter.
