Duke Energy: Anyone else's team taking on extra workload?

So, my team's been absolutely slammed the past couple of months. Projects piling up, deadlines getting tighter, and we're being asked to do more with less. Management keeps saying it's about 'increased demand' and 'delivering value', but it feels like we're being stretched incredibly thin. We've lost a couple of people in the last quarter, and there's been no sign of backfills. Is this happening elsewhere? It's starting to feel like a precursor to something bigger, or maybe just a really aggressive push before potential cuts. Anyone else in a similar boat? Wondering if it's just us or a company-wide trend.

Yeah, totally feeling this. We've been running on fumes for months now. Seems like every time we clear a backlog, two more projects land on our desks. The 'efficiency' talk is getting old, especially when it feels like it just means more work for the same people. Hoping for some relief soon, but not holding my breath.

This sounds all too familiar. The pressure to 'do more with less' is relentless. We've had similar staffing issues, and it's definitely impacting morale and the quality of our output. It's frustrating when you see projects get delayed or rushed because there simply aren't enough hands on deck.
