Considering a move within DuPont - any red flags I should know?

Hey folks, I'm currently in [Your Current Role/Division] at DuPont and I've been offered an internal transfer to [New Role/Division]. On paper, it looks like a good step up – more responsibility, interesting projects, better alignment with my career goals. However, I've been hearing some mixed signals about the stability and future of the [New Division/Area]. Some chatter about potential restructuring or shifts in focus, but nothing definitive. Does anyone here work in or have recent experience with [New Division/Area]? Trying to get a real, unvarnished take on the team dynamics, management style, and overall outlook for that part of the company. Is it a place where people are generally happy and see growth, or is there a lot of underlying uncertainty? Any advice on questions I should be asking during the final stages of the internal process would be great too. I made a similar internal move a couple of years back within a different division. While the new role seemed promising on paper, I found the day-to-day reality quite different. Communication about strategic direction wasn't always clear, and there were a few unexpected project reprioritizations that caused some frustration. My advice would be to really dig into the specifics of the team dynamics and leadership style in the new area. Try to connect with people who have been there for a while, not just recent hires.
