DuPont - Anybody else feeling the project slowdown?

Just wanted to see if this is happening elsewhere at DuPont. Feels like a lot of projects are being put on the back burner, or budgets are being scrutinized way more heavily than usual. We've had a couple of key initiatives get paused indefinitely, and resources that were allocated are now being re-routed. It's creating a lot of confusion and frustration on the ground level. People are worried about workload and what the future holds if projects keep drying up. Is this a sign of something bigger, or just a seasonal/economic dip? Curious to hear if others are experiencing this project pipeline shrinkage.

Yeah, I'm seeing it too. Seems like a general tightening across the board. Budgets are definitely getting a closer look, and priorities are shifting constantly. It's tough when you're working hard on something and then it just disappears or gets scaled back. Makes it hard to plan and even harder to stay motivated when you're unsure if your work will actually lead anywhere. Definitely feeling the uncertainty, and it's not just isolated incidents. Curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing this on a larger scale.
