DuPont - Anyone else feeling the pressure? What's the vibe?

Hey all, been with DuPont for a few years now in [Your Department/Role - e.g., R&D, Engineering, Sales]. Lately, there's been a weird quietness around the office. Usually, there are some whispers about projects, new initiatives, maybe even some internal movement. But lately? It's been really subdued. Meetings feel a bit more... tense? People seem to be heads-down, less casual chatter in the breakroom. I haven't seen any official announcements or heard anything concrete about layoffs, and my direct manager hasn't said anything to me personally. But the general atmosphere feels like we're holding our breath. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my site/division, or is this a broader company thing? Trying to get a sense of what's really going on beyond the surface. Just looking for some honest opinions and observations from others within DuPont. Any insights would be appreciated. Trying to stay optimistic, but the quiet is getting a little unnerving.

I've noticed the same thing. It feels like everyone's just trying to stay under the radar. There's definitely a different energy compared to even a year ago. It's hard to put a finger on it, but the lack of clear communication from leadership isn't helping. Trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but it's tough when the general atmosphere is so uncertain. Hoping for some clarity soon, whatever it may bring.
