DuPont - Anyone else notice hiring freezes?

Just wanted to check in with others at DuPont. I've noticed over the past couple of months that open requisitions for my team, and a few others I'm aware of, have either been put on hold or have gone completely silent. Recruiters aren't giving much concrete info, just that things are 'under review.' It's making planning for upcoming projects a bit tricky when you don't know if you'll have the headcount. Has anyone heard any whispers or seen similar trends across different parts of the company? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide slowdown or just specific pockets. Appreciate any insights.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a slowdown on the hiring front. It's not just your department; seems like a pretty company-wide thing right now.
