DuPont - Hiring freeze or just slow recruitment?

Hi all, I've been keeping an eye on open positions within DuPont across a couple of different business units I'm familiar with. It seems like the usual pace of hiring has really slowed down, almost to a halt in some areas. Roles that would normally be filled within weeks are now sitting open for months, or sometimes disappearing from the careers page altogether. This is happening in areas that aren't typically cyclical or seasonal. It makes me wonder if there's an informal hiring freeze in place, or if the company is just being extremely selective right now. I haven't seen any official announcements, but the lack of new hires is pretty noticeable. Has anyone else experienced this from the candidate side, or noticed fewer new faces starting in your departments? Trying to understand if this is a sign of broader financial caution or just a temporary dip in recruitment activity. Any insights would be appreciated.
