DuPont - Morale seems really low lately

Just checking in to see if anyone else is feeling the vibe? Seems like there's been a noticeable dip in morale across the board lately. People are quieter in meetings, fewer casual chats in the breakroom. Lots of speculation, obviously, but nothing concrete. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. The constant 'uncertainty' is starting to wear thin. Anyone else experiencing this? How are you guys coping with the general mood? Feels like we're all just waiting for something, and it's not a fun wait.

I hear you. It's definitely a palpable shift. The energy used to be different, more forward-looking. Now it feels like everyone's just trying to keep their head down. Hard to stay motivated when there's so much quiet tension. I've been trying to focus on my own work and find small wins where I can, but it's tough when the overall atmosphere is so subdued. Hope things improve soon.
