DuPont - Seeing a lot of reorgs lately?

Hey everyone, been at DuPont for a few years now, and lately it feels like there's been a lot of shuffling around. Department structures are changing, people are moving teams, and some roles seem to be getting consolidated. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, and honestly, it's hard to get a clear picture of what's going on long-term. Is anyone else experiencing this? Feels like more than just standard business evolution. Wondering if this is leading up to something bigger, or if it's just how things are being done now. Curious to hear if others are feeling the same, especially in different divisions or sites. Trying to stay positive, but the constant change is a bit unsettling.

I've definitely noticed the churn too. It feels like a lot of adjustments are happening, and it's understandable why people are feeling unsettled. The constant changes make it tough to plan ahead or even feel secure in your current position. It's hard to ignore the feeling that something significant might be brewing behind the scenes, but clear communication has been lacking, which only adds to the confusion. Hopefully, things will stabilize soon and we'll get some clarity on the direction.

Yeah, the reorgs have been pretty noticeable. It's tough when you're trying to focus on your work and keep getting hit with structural shifts. It makes you wonder about the company's strategy and where things are headed. It's a bit disruptive, and I'm sure many others feel the same way. It would be good to have a better understanding of the 'why' behind all these moves, rather than just experiencing the effects.
