Eastman Chemical - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

There's a lot of talk about 'strategic adjustments' and 'efficiency improvements,' which usually translates to the same old song and dance. My team has been picking up extra work without any new hires, and the general vibe in meetings is more reserved than usual. Performance reviews are coming up soon, and I'm bracing myself, but honestly, I'm more worried about what happens *after* reviews. Has anyone heard any whispers or seen any signs that might indicate something bigger is brewing? Trying to stay optimistic, but it's getting harder.
