Hey everyone. Been at Eastman for a few years now, in the specialty division. Lately, there's been a lot of quiet chatter, not official announcements or anything, but you can feel it. Project timelines are being scrutinized more, travel budgets are tighter than ever, and some teams are definitely leaner than they were even six months ago. I haven't heard of any actual layoffs, but the vibe is definitely... uneasy. Makes you wonder what's going on behind closed doors. Anyone else picking up on this? Or am I just being paranoid?
