Eastman Chemical - Salary expectations for new roles?

Hi all, been browsing some job postings internally and externally for roles at Eastman. The market seems pretty tight right now, and I'm trying to gauge what a reasonable salary expectation would be for a [mention a general role type, e.g., 'Senior Project Engineer' or 'Marketing Manager'] position. My current compensation is X, and I'm looking for at least Y% increase, but I'm wondering if that's realistic given the current economic climate and any potential internal pressures the company might be facing.
