Eaton - Anyone Seen the Latest Internal Comms? What's the Scoop?

Just went through the latest all-hands and town hall updates from Eaton. Lots of corporate speak about 'navigating market dynamics' and 'strategic realignment.' Standard stuff, right? But the tone felt a bit...off. They emphasized 'optimizing our workforce' and 'streamlining operations' more than usual. I'm trying to read between the lines here. Is this just standard business talk, or is anyone else interpreting this as a potential precursor to something more significant? Wondering if anyone has a different take or has heard any other signals from management or their teams. Feels like a lot of us are in the same boat, just trying to figure out what's next.

Yeah, I caught those updates too. The 'optimizing workforce' phrasing definitely stuck out to me. It's a common way to signal efficiency drives, but the frequency and emphasis felt a little heightened this time around. My gut feeling is it's more than just routine messaging, probably a prelude to some structural changes or role consolidations. Keeping an eye on this one for sure. Hopefully, it's just standard business evolution, but the undertones are hard to ignore.
