Eaton - Internal Restructuring Talk

Just wanted to put this out there to see if anyone else has heard similar whispers. Over the past month or so, there's been a lot of talk internally about potential 'organizational restructuring' and 'streamlining operations' within Eaton. It sounds like corporate jargon, but the implications are starting to concern me. Been with the company long enough to know when management starts using these phrases, it often precedes some tough decisions. No concrete layoff announcements yet, thankfully, but the chatter is persistent. Departments are being evaluated, roles are being 'assessed,' and the general mood is anxious. Has anyone received any direct information or seen any internal communications that shed more light on what this restructuring actually entails? Trying to understand the scope and if it's likely to impact headcount. Any insights would be appreciated.
