Eaton - Seeing any signs of trouble internally?

Hey everyone, wanted to see if anyone else at Eaton is picking up on anything concerning lately. Been with the company a few years now, and while there haven't been any official announcements, the vibe has felt a bit off for a while. My department's workload has been weirdly inconsistent, and there's been a lot of hushed conversations after leadership meetings. I've seen some managers who used to be really visible become a lot more scarce. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just overthinking my own situation. Anyone in different divisions seeing similar patterns, or is it business as usual for you? Curious about hiring freezes too, if anyone has insight. Trying to stay ahead of things if possible.

Yeah, I've felt something similar. Things have been a bit unpredictable. Workloads shifting around unexpectedly, and there's definitely a sense of uncertainty that wasn't there before. It's hard to pinpoint exactly, but it feels like a general uneasiness rather than anything specific I can complain about. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and things will stabilize soon.

I haven't noticed anything dramatically different myself, but I can see where you're coming from. My team's projects have been fairly steady, but I have heard whispers about some departments restructuring. It's easy to let small things create a sense of unease, especially when communication isn't as clear as it could be. Maybe it's worth checking with a few trusted colleagues in different areas.
