Anyone else at Ecolab feeling the vibes?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone in this. I've been with Ecolab for a few years now in the [mention department vaguely, e.g., field sales/R&D/operations] division and lately, things have felt... a bit off. It's not anything concrete, no official announcements or anything, but there's a definite shift in the air. More closed-door meetings, some key projects seem to be on hold or getting scaled back, and a general sense of 'what's next?' among colleagues. I've heard whispers, but nothing substantial. Just trying to gauge the temperature. Anyone else in different departments noticing similar things or have any actual intel? Trying to prepare myself mentally if something does happen, or just calm my nerves if it's all in my head. Appreciate any insights.
