Ecolab - Any word on departmental restructuring?

Hey all, been with Ecolab for a few years now, and lately, things have felt a bit... uncertain. I haven't heard anything concrete, no official announcements about layoffs, but there's a definite buzz in the air. Heard some whispers about potential departmental realignments and efficiency drives. Seems like management is pushing for 'optimization' which is corporate speak for cutting costs, right? Just trying to gauge if others are feeling this or if it's just my department. My direct manager has been pretty cagey when I've asked about future team needs, which is unusual. Wondering if anyone else has seen similar shifts in communication or workload distribution. Anyone in R&D, Sales, or Operations notice anything out of the ordinary lately?
